Put work on the map
Anyone can propose a project. It is costed, checked against the permits it needs, and then it goes to the ballot for members to vote on. You do not have to be a giver to propose.

It is costed and checked for permits before it reaches the ballot. You will be told which round it goes into and how the vote finished.
Grants
The grant agent
Once a project is funded, an agent looks for every government grant it qualifies for and writes the application. Your gift stops being the budget and becomes the contribution the grant asks you to match.

Find
The agent reads the federal, state and council registers and matches open rounds to projects you have already funded.

A person signs and submits it. An application carries legal attestations, so the agent never files on its own.

Acquit
The ledger is the acquittal. The reporting that sinks most grant recipients is already done.
The vote count is evidence no other applicant can produce. Most programs score community demand, and most ask for a contribution you have already made.
